The room that you have is the Hilltop room and will seat up to three hundred people so it will seat your two hundred sixty five students very comfortably. This room is available on April 15th until 4:00. The Hilltop room will be available from 9:00 to 3:00. We also have it open to you for set up starting at 8:00. We also have nothing scheduled until 5:00 so you will have an hour after the luncheon for takedown. Mountain Top Inn and Suites does have audiovisual equipment that you can use for the luncheon for free. We also have a projector you can use but there is a charge of seventy five dollars which is half of what we normally charge. We have a guest service manager who you can call to help you set up the projector, his name is Ron Reynolds and you can reach him at 555-1101. Mountain Top Inn and Suites also offers two different meal plans that are in your budget. One of our meal options is fifteen dollars, which includes tax and gratuities that includes an entre two sides and an appetizer. The entre is a fried chicken sandwich, the two sides include mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, and the appetizer is a salad. The second meal plan that we offer that is at the top of your budget is eighteen dollars which includes tax and gratuities. It includes an entre, two sides, and one dessert. The entre is pulled pork, the two sides are baked beans and potato salad, and the dessert is a choice between a plate of assorted cookies or a cake, which can be vanilla or chocolate. The Hilltop room that your luncheon will take place in has an amazing view of the university and will comfortably fit all your students. We can meet all of your accommodations and will do our very best to make sure the luncheon is a big success.
