    Montrose Chocolate & Wine Festival

    Requirements: Your cupcake entry must utilize a candy inspiration from Chocolates by Leopold. You can use the candy in your recipe, or simply find inspiration from it! Each contestant must submit a $15.00 entry fee. Find and submit your fee and entry form at ChocolateWineFestival.com by Saturday, May 4th, 2013.

    Awards: 1st Prize = $100.00 2nd Prize = $50.00 3rd Prize = $25.00 All entries will be sold at the festival to benefit the Leopold and Jane Schreiber Endowment for the Susquehanna County Career Technology Centers culinary arts program.
