mangoes. You simply alternate the layers of beaten creme+milk (3:1), the crushed graham crackers, and the mangoes. But Dulcelin uses a cashew nougatine instead of the graham crackers. Medyo mahirap gumawa ng nougatine as it involves caramelling sugar, mixing in the nuts, and rolling the mixture flat before it hardens. In lieu of the creme+milk mixture, you can use other creme recipes such as a simple whipped creme. Also, instead of the nougatine, you can use sans rival wafers (aka dacquiose).
