LESSON INTRODUCTION (SHARE OBJECTIVES WITH STUDENTS): Kid Pix 3D Deluxe is a fun and exciting way of creating your very own digital book to share with family and friends. After completion of this assignment you should be able to: 1. Define creativity. 2. Assess creativity and technology to create a digital book. 3. Develop the ability to listen for comprehension and to distinguish sound language. 4. Understand the significance of creativity to learning. 5. Be able to transfer current knowledge to learning of new technologies.

PRE REQUISITE KNOWLEDGE Assessment technique will be through: Direct observation and portfolio collection.

DELIVERY OF CONTENT (DIRECT INSTRUCTION): For your Kid Pix 3D, Tell Me a Story assignment, you will create your very own digital book to share with the class on Friday, March 8 th. You will have 2 weeks to prepare and create your very own book. Your presentation should be no longer than 2 minutes. The computer lab will have extended hours (after school) to learn more about Kid Pix 3D Deluxe. You may write about one of the following topics: Summer Vacation My 1st pet My best friend & me Riding my bike My favorite holiday My hobby My family My favorite food When I grow up My birthday celebration You may choose another topic in the event your favorite is not listed. However, your topic must be approved first.
