    Some heroes dont wear medals.

    But ghting to survive is still worth recognizing. Every year, hundreds of refugees resettle in Austin after a life of persecution in their home country. They are greeted with new challenges when they arrive here. Strange languages, new job requirements, cultures, and customs make the change dif cult and overwhelming. The Multicultural Refugee Coalition helps ease this transition by encouraging self-suf ciency through educational, and community-based efforts. With your support through donation, the MRC can continue paying tribute to these unknown heroes.
