Music to my ears ))))

So because we are making a music trailer, we have to think about the music that has no lyrics. We need soundtracks that go with or trailer. I have previously looked at different soundtracks but not pacifically and have not updated on what and why I have chosen the soundtrack. Firstly I looked at youtube videos that contain scary sounds and music (I showed this before in my blog). But the I have thought about different films that are in genre of horror. By doing this I knew that majority of modern films have soundtracks for the movie, containing what they have used within their movie as the sounds behind the scene.

Then I listened to all the soundtracks and the one I thought that was most likely was the sound tracks from mama.

From the soundtrack of mama I was drawn to four specific ones. 01. The car and the radio 05. What happens now? 06. Voices from the outer room 11. Scare and Lucas wake up This was because I thought that all these three soundtracks will best go. Then I added them onto the trailer and cheeked which one best suited. I then was stuck between the two. 01. The Car and the Radio 06. The voices from the outer room So then I used both of them because they both fitted bits of the trailer. Because I used both of them I edited them to alter the trailer, in the bits that I thought they suited,

Then I thought about the sound effects to complement the scene and emphasise what is happening. I first watched my trailer and then wrote down what I thought will compliment the each scenes. Then I seared for what I needed. The sound effects that I got from youtube I had to convert to audio and others I got from different websites. I then started putting the sound effects in and some of them did not suite the trailer which is why I settled down for: A little daemon girl sinning A women screaming These were very good sound effects and they were the two the best fitted the trailer.
