STFL Compressor Electricity Cost Calculation

Hi! Dear Mr. NALINI ; All my respectful greetings to you ; I was glad to know you on the way soon to Burkina Faso. However, as I have begged you to help strengthen my personal knowledge in Mechanical Engineering which would be helpful for me in the execution of my future tasks in STFL and all my carrier, I am coming to you once again to inquiry about a few information that I could not find out by myself. Actually, I am calculating the Total Products Cost. I went through the Operation and Maintenance Manuals you have sent, especially for utilitaries, but I could not find all the informations I needed. Id like to have a session with you about these matters once you are here the next time. Herein, I am calculating electricity cost for compressor. The formula I am using (below) is based on the assumptions that the compressor will run at full load and unloaded during a certain percentage of operation hours. Annual Electricity Costs = [(Motor full-load brake horsepower) x (0.746 kW/hp) x (Annual Hours of Operation) x (Electricity Cost in $/kWh)]x [(Percent of time running fully loaded) + (0.30) x (Percent of time running unloaded)] Could you please go through my assumptions and confirm, complete or correct relevant data. IAssumptions related to compressor technical specifications:

1. The compressor is a Rotary Screw Type 2. The compressed air system operates below full-load at times 3. The compressor is the Model E22-13 in the Operation and Maintenance Manual; Which means: Power kW(hp): 22(30) Capacity m3/min(cfm): 2.69(95) Working Pressure bar(psi): 12.5(181): Required 6 bar only for Instrument operation. Maximum Pressure bar(psi): 13(198) 4. Full load motor efficiency =90% IIIIIMotor full-load break horsepower (bhp) = 30HP Assumptions related to STFL daily operations & country Electricity Company (SONABEL) electricity cost rating

5. Annual hours of operation: 7,200 hrs (3 shift continuous operation)3000 Hours maximum

6. The compressor runs 65% of the time fully loaded, 35% of the time unloaded 7. Unloaded operation consumes 30 percent of the electricity of fully loaded operation 8. Cost of electricity = 54-118 FCFA/kWh

Thanks a lot; I really appreciate your supports and help.
