TRACE Practice Text- This piece is a political image/drawing stating that women can be on the frontlines.

It was inspired by the original Rosie the Riveter poster, but has been updated for the modern issue of women fighting on the frontlines. Reader- The intended audience is Americans, and I am part of the intended audience. I agree that it should be a womans decision if she wants to fight on the frontlines or not. Author- The author is Adam Zygus, and the piece stemmed from the new military law that women can fight on the frontlines. Constraints- The controversy that women shouldnt fight on the front lines is a constraint for this author. Exigence- The argument was caused because some women want to fight on the frontlines but are not allowed.
