Bs Newsflash in a dash Parent Highlight (04/29/13)
Dear Parents, We had a great time last week between our field trip to the North Museum as well as our Race for Education. This week will also contain a unique ending as we travel to another location that will extend our learning. This week we will travel to the Fulton Opera House to watch a production of Flat Stanley. Although our second grade team would normally suggest dress clothes for the Fulton, we ask that students wear normal attire as we have programs in the park following the show. Please let me know if you have any questions about this trip that I might be able to answer. Language Arts: This week we are continuing The Sign Makers Assistant. Our skill is contrasting realism and fantasy. Math: We are continuing to extend our knowledge of picture graphs and tally tables.
