Value Value is any action or process that a customer would be willing to pay for. Minimum waste Eliminate anything that does not provide value. Customer need Perform only what is needed. Employee engagement Give the workers authority to make changes. Continuous quality improvement (CQI) Continuously improve the work process. Stop if something goes wrong.
