Social media marketing drives businesses today. The cost involved is very less.

The reach is enormous.


There is a huge potential with a lot of users online. It is still very dynamic and in a growing phase. It provides an additional channel to reach the target audience.

Objective of the Study


To find the factors of addiction of people to facebook. To find how businesses create brand awareness through social

media.
Business development through social media.

Scope of the study


We will restrict the study of social media to Facebook. The study of brand awareness and business development will be

done for web based e-commerce business (only click)
