Effect of physiological stress First, the blood pressure and pulse rate of the sitting subject was measured every minute for 5 minutes. Then, the subject have counted backwards by 7s from 666, and continued after 2 minutes. 1 point was marked for each correct answer, and 10 point was marked for each wrong answer. The subjects blood pressure and pulse rate was recorded each minute and each minute afterwards until the measurements had came back to normal.

CONCLUSION First students HR is 94/60, then after doing this examination, students HR increase into 118/80. It means that the physiological stress, effects on the HR. The response of the body during times of stress is well-documented. This instinctive response floods the body with adrenaline and cortisol, which increases heart rate, redirects blood flow to the muscular system, releases fats into the bloodstream for use as energy, increases breathing rate, tenses muscles, and increases the bloods clotting ability.1
