Studentswillstartbyreflectingonwhatmakesthemanindividual.Theywillrecordtheir reflectionsonpaper.Asstudentsarewriting,teacherwillcirculatetheroom,takingaportraitof eachstudentwithadigitalcamera.Theteacherwillthenprintoutalargecopyon8x11in.paper. 2. Studentswillplaceatransparencysheetoverthephotographanduseasharpietotracethe importantfacialfeaturesandvaluestouseasaguideastheyarefillinginthetextoftheirportrait. 3.
