    7. What type of Media Institution Might Distribute your media product and why?

    DVD DISTRIBUTION:
    I think that its likely that our production would be viewed in cinemas before later being released onto DVD and or Blu-ray. I think this because rom-com is a very popular genre with a wide audience Also, rom-coms that have previously been shown in the cinema have been successful.

    CINEMA VIEWING
    I think its likely that it would be distributed through a bigger cinema, like the Odeon for example, rather than a smaller, independent cinema I think this because of it popular and successful genre. Also, I think it easy to make a rom com look attractive in a trailer because they are feel good films and will therefore draw people in; they are also often very relatable and therefore people are likely to want to watch them.

    BBFC RATING
    I think our film would be classed as a PG or 12 I think this because there would be no violence, very little, if any sex and nudity and almost no bad language, also the taste and decency would be acceptable for this age range. These 4 categories in our production are typical of that of a classic rom com.
