Lifelong Wellness Application Paper


Write a paragraph on each of the following:
1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this General Education class? I learned that even though you are not technicaly in a gym, you can still get a really good workout and get toned. Also you dont need to lift a lot of wights in order to get fit. Simply by eating well and excersising daily you can live a healthy life.

2. How would you apply this information to your life? I try to workout a lot on my own, but I seem to always be doing the same excersises. Now that i have tooken this class, I can apply what I learned to my everyday life.

3. What is your intention to continue to practice what you have learned in your life and why? I would like to apply it to my life because even though I try to do my best at keeping in semi shape, it is still hard. I joined this class because I thaught my upper body was falling behind my lower body. I have improved my upper body and I plan on keeping that up.

4. General ideas for improving this course? I think that the course is already well laid out and I dont have many suggestions on how to improve the course. My only suggestion would be the music. Maby have more pump up music and more challenges to make up days.
