    Define adjuvant? Explain the role of adjuvant in enhancement of immunogenicity. (a) Write in short notes about macrophages and their phagocytic ability. (b) Describe the structure and function of CD4 and CD8 T cells. List primary and secondary lymphoid organs and discuss any one secondary lymphoid organ in detail. Write a note on somatic hypermutations and explain its significance in antibody diversity. (a) Explain the formation of T- B conjugate in the activation of B-cells. (b) Write short notes on Chimeric antibodies and immunotoxins. (a) Write short notes on the accessory molecules of TCR. (b) Give a brief account of TCR. Define hypersensitivity? Write in brief about function and implication Type I and Type III hypersensitivity? What is a graft? Give an account of different types of graft rejection mechanisms in transplantation. ******
