Implementation Plan-Online Course
Instructor: This course is designed to run without an instructor over the summer. Enrollment is rolling. If an instructor is assigned to the course they would need to fulfill the following responsibilities: Invite teachers to take the course. Read and give feedback on 3-5 assignments per mini-course. Follow-up conference with each participant. Review course feedback. Advise Instructional Designer of any changes that need to be made.
2 hours of instructional time per course with up to 20 participants @ $35 per hour.

Operation Manager or Administrator: Instructional Technology Program Manager The Instructional Technology Program Manager will ensure the mini-courses are available with other courses and that they are advertised.
