    Dear Mario Koppers

    The mail that you forwarded to Daniel Opperman earlier today refers.

    The FSB have been conducting an investigation into certain affairs of Edwabond since October last year.
    We have been in regular communication with the FAIS Enforcement Dept at the FSB since that time
    including visiting their office a few weeks ago and I will attend a meeting at the FSB next week.

    The duties and responsibilities of a Compliance Officer as required by both the FAIS and FICA Act’s are
    clearly set out. I am of the opinion that we, as the appointed Compliance Officer, have complied with these
    requirements.
