Roles & Responsibilities of Production Manager.

1. You will be responsible for safekeeping and return in good condition and order of all Company property, which may be in your use, custody or charge. 2. Production Managers are the responsible for reviewing the deliverables of their own Campaign. They are expected to provide input to validate the work of recommendations and their own campaign process only. He should ensure that his every agent is contributing & should be a mentor to them & encourage them to collaborate well with each other. 3. Production Manager will not interfere or interact with any other Campaign Production Manager or their agents unless & until other Production Manager will ask for any kind of help or support. 4. Production Manager must have to fulfill their own individual target which is allotted to them along with their teams targets. 5. Production Manager must have to maintain good communication skill in the company & also maintain the same decorum for their agents. 6. Every Production manager must have to be in proper formal dress code on Monday to Friday & also maintain the same discipline with their respected campaign agents that atleast they should be in proper dress code. Saturday will be treated as casual day & one can be in casual dress code. 7. If at any time in our opinion, which is final in this matter that you are found non- performer, disorderly behavior, indiscipline or any other conduct considered by us deterrent to our interest, your current post will be taken back with the prior notice period of 15 day. 8. Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort. 9. Cell phones are a distraction in the workplace. So its responsibility of Production Managers to ensure the effectiveness of meetings, employees are asked to leave cell phones at their desk. 10. Production Managers must have to maintain the quality of leading from front of their own campaign. 11. Production Managers must be capable of working in rotational shifts if required. 12. Most important core responsibilities of the Production Managers are: Should be aware of on-going & current issues of their own process Managing all their process agents One to one review meeting Targets & performance management Preparing all the mandatory reports needed Preparing daily reports & managing team performance Should know about weak & strong points of his team agents
