    Section A contains 08 short answer type questions of 5 marks each. Learners are required to answers 4 questions only. Answers of short answer-type questions must be restricted to 250 words approximately. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. What are zero articles? Give situations in which they are used? What are complex sentences? Give four examples. Write a note on the Adverbial Clauses of Reason giving suitable examples. Write a short note on Conditional Tenses. See the picture given below and develop a short story (10-15 sentences) in your own words using the Simple Present Tense form.

    Section B contains 04 long answer-type questions of 10 marks each. Learners are required to answers 02 questions only.

    1. What are Modals? Discuss the function of Modals with the help of suitable examples. 2. What is the Passive Voice? Giving examples discuss the rules one should keep in mind while changing from Active to Passive Voice. 3. What is Punctuation? Discuss the various kinds of Punctuation marks. 4. Discuss Prepositional Phrases in detail.
