- The normal time of the air-conditioning service is 8am-8pm from Monday to Friday, and 8am-
3pm on Saturday. The additional air-conditioning service charge has not been confirmed yet,
but referring to the current arrangement of Yoo Hoo Tower, HK$200 per hour will be levied.

- Propose to give a counter-offer to the landlord at HK$10-11 psf inclusive, so the total sum of
