ACHARI CHICKEN

Ing :- 400 gm chicken; 150 gm onions; 200 gm curds(sour); 20 gm ginger-garlic paste; 4 tbsp dhania powder; 1 tsp kasoori methi; hing a pinch; 1 tsp whole jeera; 1 tsp methi whole; 1 tsp onion seeds; 1 tsp mustard seeds; 80 ml mustard oil; 20 green chillies whole; bunch coriander leaves; tsp salt. Method :- Cut chicken to medium pieces, slice onions roast highly & roughly crush jeera, methi, onion seeds & mustard seeds. In a pan put chicken, ginger-garlic paste, dhania powder, kasoori methi, hing, salt, whipped curds & mustard oil. Put on medium heat & stir occasionally. Slit chillies length wise stuff with wasted & crushed seeds. Remove pan from fire when chicken is done & add coriander leaves. Pour I bowsil dish. Put chillies & remaining masala on the top of gravy, cover & bake for 20mins.
