    After capturing two Oda forts, the Imagawa army led by Yoshimoto took time to rest in a wooded gorge called Dengakuhazama. Nobunga learned of their location and devised a plan to surprise their camp. He set up a dummy army on a nearby hill and led 3000 men around behind the Imagawa camp under cover of a thunderstorm. When the storm passed, Nobunga's force attacked the camp, killing Yoshimoto in his command tent. The Imagawa troops fled in disarray, setting the stage for the Battle of Okehazama.

    After his armys success at capturing the Oda border forts of Marune and Washizu, the Imagawa army and its commander Yoshimoto took time to rest and celebrated their victories in a wooded gorge called Dengakuhazama. Nobunga, hearing of this, quickly set into motion a plan to surprise the enemys camp. He rst set up a dummy army with hundreds of Oda ags on a nearby hill top, and then lead 3000 men around behind the Imagawa camp. A thunderstorm cover his movement and when the storm subsided the Oda force fell on the camp. Yoshimoto was killed in his Command tent and the Imagawa troops ed in all directions. The stage is set, the battle lines are drawn, and you are in command. The rest is history. A2

    Victory - 5 Banners 1 Victory Banner for each unit or leader eliminated. The Oda player, in order to win, must capture the Imagawa Command tent worth three Victory Banners.

    Special Rules * The Imagawa player will start with two Command cards (the army was surprised). The players hand size will increase by 1 card each turn to a maximum of 5 cards. Turn 1 play 1 Command card and draw 2. Turn 2 play 1 Command card and draw 2. Turn 3 play 1 Command card and draw 2. The Imagawa player will now hold 5 Command cards.
