Good performance - Volunteers to find informations and to present - Be willing to ask questions when a point is unclear - Get everyone work well together - Positive attitude

Fair performance - Do their best and have responsability to do group work - Pay attention in the class and discussions - Participate in group discussions - Being a good listener during group discussions

Poor performance - Not well prepared for the group - Misunderstand team members thoughts, ideas - Turn in work late

Very poor performance - Never participate in group work - Never come to class - Frequent comments that provide limited new thinking during the group discussions
