Goofy’s Favorite Pudding

Best Cocoa Banana Pudding

75 grams butter
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 egg
1 mashed banana
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons warm milk

¾ cup plain flour


1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons cocoa or Drinking Chocolate Powder.

Prepared in the bowl you cook it in.

Divide the butter into four pieces and put into a glass microwavable pudding bowl. Cook on
100 per
cent power for 15 to 20 seconds or until the butter has softened.
With a fork, mix in the sugar and egg and stir until well. Add the banana, the soda dissolved
in the
milk, the flour, and the cocoa ( I use drinking chocolate powder) and stir until well com-
bined. Grease
the sides of the bowl above the level of the pudding to help it not stick. Cover loosely with
pierced
plastic wrap or two layers of waxed paper (baking paper) secured with a large rubber band
and cook,
elevated, on 100% power for 5 minutes.
