    Follow the assembly order in the illustration:


    ⓞ Seat Pillar ⑥ Alignment Washers x2

    ① Tightening Bolt x1 ⑦ Alignment Set Screws x2

    ② Tightening Nut x1 ⑧ Upper Clamp x1

    ③ Expansion Wedge x1 ⑨ Adjustable Lower Clamp x1

    ④ Stack Spacers (5mm x 2, 10mm x 1) ⑩ Fixed Lower Clamp x1

    ⑤ Saddle Clamp Bolts x2


    Seatpost installation

    1. Verify the frame specification is compatable with seatpost.Note: Do not install seatpost in seatube that is larger than the

    specified seatpost diameter. Damage and failure of seatpost will result.

    2. Ensure seat tube is clean and free of any burrs or sharp edges. If necessary, remove burrs or sharp edges with sandpaper

    or a seat tube hone tool.

    3. Install the seatpost into the frame. Loosen the tightening bolt ① within the seat pillar ⓞ to slightly release the tightening bolt
