CASUAL (TEMPORARY) EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

June 15, 2007 MR. ANDREW CASTILLANO 23 Romarosa Avenue, Quezon City Dear Mr. Castillano, We are happy to employ you on a casual basis (casual employment) for the period of July 1, 2007 to December 30, 2007, renewable upon our mutual agreement. You will be paid a daily rate of Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (P350.00) for eight hours of work. Your working schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Saturday. Your employment is temporary to address a current need for additional personnel to assist our accounting department. Your employment shall terminate automatically upon the end of the period indicated above or when your services will no longer be needed even prior to the end of the above period. It is of course expected that you will comply with all company rules and regulations (which you acknowledge to have read in a language understood by you) during the period of your casual employment. Violation of company rules and regulations shall be lawful cause for the termination of your casual employment. You understand and agree that your employment is temporary in nature and subject to the terms and conditions stated above. Regardless of your performance after today, the company shall in no wise be obliged to extend the period of your casual employment nor to engage you as a regular employee.
