Chicken Bamboo Curry with Coconut Cream Recipe

Ingredients: 1 chicken breast thinly sliced 1 can bamboo shoots, sliced 1/2 cup of green bean medium long sliced 3 tbsp red curry paste 2 cups coconut milk 2 fresh red chili, sliced diagonally 1/2 cup Thai sweet basil leaves, torn (frunze de busuioc dulci rupte) 2 tbsp fish sauce 1 1/2 tsp palm sugar

How to make it: Pour 1 cup of coconut milk into a wok. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring (amestecand)constantly. Add the curry paste, stir until red oil comes to the surface. Add the chicken and cooked through. Add the remaining coconut milk, follow with the bamboo shoots. Season with fish sauce and sugar and bring back to a boil. Sprinkle( imprastie) with kaffir lime leaves, chilies, and sweet basil leaves. Turn off the heat. Arrange on a serving dish and garnish with sweet basil leaves before serving. Best serve with Jasmine rice..

Chicken with bamboo in white sauce Ingredients:

1 chicken breast 70 ounce bamboo shoots 150 ml chicken broth 1 piece of ginger 2 cloves of garlic 1 green onion thread 2 tsp starch 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp wine 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 3-4 wood ear mushrooms
How to make it: We cut the chicken in strips, not too thin, than we put 1/2 teaspoon of salt, one tablespoon soy sauce, a tablespoon of rice wine, 1 teaspoon of starch and we leave to marinate for 20 minutes, meanwhile we prepare the other vegetables: we cut the ginger in strips, the white part of the onion we cut in longer strips, we keep the green part for garnishing, and we make and oblique cut in strips not very long. In the chicken broth we put the remaining ingredients, namely: 1/2 teaspoon salt, sugar, spoon, sauce soy, starch and remaining sesame oil, in a frying pan we put a teaspoon of vegetable oil and we fry the chicken strips, then remove from the pan and set aside. We put the other teaspoon of oil in wok to cook, we put the white part of the onion , the ginger strips and we cook them for few seconds, then we add the 2 garlic cloves, crushed (we will not leave them in the meal to the end, they only serve to flavor the oil,

we will remove from the pan before adding the remaining vegetables), after we remove the garlic, we add the strips of bamboo and we cook for 1 minute, then we add the chicken strips fried, follow the spicy chicken soup, we let them a few seconds until the sauce thickens and is ready format, we garnish with green onion and serve.

Chocolate Cake With Orange Liqueur Recipe

Ingredients: 14 ounce semisweet chocolate chopped 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 10 egg yolks 1 cup granulated sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon orange liqueur 1 teaspoon lemon juice 10 egg whites 1/2 cups granulated sugar 2 cups powdered sugar 2 cups heavy cream whipped

How to make it: Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler then set aside to cool slightly. Beat yolks and 1 cup sugar until smooth then stir in vanilla, liqueur and lemon juice. Blend in chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites in large mixer bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar beating until stiff peaks form. Stir 1 cup egg whites into chocolate mixture then fold in remaining whites. Pour batter into greased and floured spring form pan and bake at 250 for 2-1/2 hours. Cool completely on rack before removing pan.

Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar then serve with whipped cream(smantana groasa).
