THE CHALLENGE
McKenneys was responsible for a tight
project schedule, which required management
of several major subcontractors performing
work concurrently and coordination of
material storage at a congested job site.

THE SOLUTION
A pre-planning and batching effort was
implemented. Many energy efficient technologies were utilized, including: dual energy
recovery wheels, an under-floor air distribution system with individual zone controls, a
prefabricated chiller plant with a magnetic
bearing compressor, natural ventilation with
automatically controlled windows and louvers,
radiant under-slab heating systems, coil
condensate recovery, and an underground
