Introduction "MAU is an initiative undertaken by an educational institution to help coordinate, unite and further appreciate the various forms of martial arts in Malaysia. Through this, it is hoped that the spirit of 1Malaysia continues to flourish."

Overview The Martial Arts Unit or MAU, was initiated to unveil and bring together the various practitioners of martial arts in this region. In essence, it's the manifestation of the spirit of 1Malaysia distinguished distinctively through the unity in the diversity of the beautiful cultures and traditions portrayed in the execution of every step and action of each artist in the art of unarmed combat. Though different in many ways, the willingness to be united as one represents alliance and solidarity via martial arts thus upholding the very core of 1Malaysia!
