TASK 2(CLT) 1)Functional-notional syllabus, develop their communicative competence, verbal, nonverbal, gesture or action, grammatical knowledge, listening more, group work, role-plays, create meaning. 2)Inductive learning is used in this method. The teacher should have feedback. CLT uses functional-notional syllabus. Students are more responsible manager of their own learning. Talking less and listening more is important for students. Teachers act like advisers. 3)In Audio Lingual Method there is structural syllabus, but in CLT there is functionalnotional syllabus. ALM is based on behaviorism. Positive reinforcement and habit formation are important elements in ALM. There are repetitions and imitations in ALM, but in CLT there are not repetitions and imitations. 4)I have not experienced any problem while listening to the Podcast 2.
