MATERIAL FACT Light Servios de Eletricidade S.A., in compliance with CVM Instruction 358, of January 3, 2002, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the public distribution with restricted efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476, of January 16, 2009, of fifty (50) commercial papers, in a single series, at the unit value of ten million reais (R$10,000,000.00), totaling five hundred million reais (R$500,000,000.00), was concluded on May 15, 2013. This was the second issue of commercial papers carried out by the Company.
