    We would like to draw your kind attention on the recently issued transfer order of BSNL Corporate office vide order Lr.No.3-3/2012-SEA-BSNL dtd 5.10.2012, wherein Five Accounts Officers have been transferred from STR without any substitute. Out of Five, three Accounts Officers were already relived without substitute. BSNL CO, New Delhi have issued periodical reminders to STR to relive other Two AOs immediately without any substitute. For posting of substitutes, GM (F) has already written three letters to GM (FP), BSNL CO, New Delhi (Copies attached) and requested GM(FP) several time over phone. Inspite of repeated oral and written request no substitute has been posted till date. But recently two more AOs were transferred from STR vide BSNL CO/ND Lr. even no.dt.13.5.2013. Hence in total 7 AOs were transferred from STR without any substitute. After relieving of all the above officers, STR will be left with 8 Accounts Officers out of 16 sanctioned AO posts as detailed below: Sanctioned Strength 16 Present Working Strength 12 Less 4 AOs proposed to be relieved 4 Remaining Working Strength 8 If the other 4 AOs are relieved without substitute, the functioning of ERP package in STR will be drastically affected as there are no additional AOs are available to attach the work in STR. Considering the smooth functioning of ERP in STR and to make necessary improvement, substitutes are very much essential. We would, therefore, request you to kindly intervene in the matter and post atleast Five AOs in STR in order to manage the day to day work.
