Anne has been studying yoga and Pilates for 17 years. She did her teacher trainings at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco and at Center of Balance in Mountain View. Anne's other passion is free-form improvisational dance. She has two teenagers, both of whom are already taller than she is, and a corn snake, who, thank goodness, is not taller than she is.
