May 6, 2013 Dear Parents or Guardians, Most of you have already noticed us in your childs class; we would like

to take this opportunity to formally introduce ourselves. Our names are Shelly Futch and Elizabeth Paredes. We are students attending Victor Valley Community College, majoring in Child Development. This week, May 6-10 is our teacher in charge week. Our theme for the week is Mothers Day and spring. Your child will be taking part in many creative and fun activities. Some of which include gardening. We hope that through our garden activities your child will get a better understanding of vegetation growth. Throughout the week your child will be doing Mothers day activity, in hopes that they learn to value not just their Mother, but family as well. It has been an amazing experience working with child. We look forward to this week and the rest of the school year. See you in class!
