Abstract: Crime of robbery involving crime against property with violence element. This is
a crime in most cases, is realized. This is attributable to circumstances that robbery
generally made very forcefully, so that victims do not manage to resist. In most cases of
banditry is done with the complicity of several people, each person is part of the job is
executed. Individual robbers tend to use firearms or dangerous weapons as a means of
enforcement actions. Variety of ways has been robberies varies from case to case. The
manner of execution of robbery includes: preparing for the execution of robbery (which
may be very small), mode of attack, type and method of application of force in the form of
force and / or threat, the treatment of victims and witnesses, stealing things, the number of
