    AGE: 19YIM CR. NO. 186975

    MDCT SCAN ENTEROCLYSIS (Done by giving 1 packet of peg lac in 2 liters water.
    I/V contrast was given. No adverse reaction to the contrast was noted. CT scan done on 12SMuitislice CT done in unenhanced, Arterial and Venous phase at O.6mm slice thickness. Liver:Liver is normal in size, outline and attenuation. No SOL seen. Intra hepatic biliary radicals are not dilated. CBD is not dilated. Portal vein is normal.

    Gall bladder:-lt is seen in distended state. No hyperdense focus is seen in it. Pancreas:Pancreas is normal in size, shape and attenuation value. Peripancreatic fat planes are maintained. PD is not dilated. No evidence of any peri pancreatic collection is seen. Spleen is normal in size and outline. No SOL seen. Both kidneys shows normal morphology and function. No back pressure changes or hyperdense focus seen. Perirenal fat planes are maintained.

    Spleen:Kidnevs:-

    Uri.bladder:-It is seen in distended state. Wall thickness is normal. Prostate: Prostate is normal in size, shape and attenuation. No SOL seen. -Stomach is seen in distended state and is normal in calibre and wall thickness. -Small gut loops are opacified with fluid and are normal in calibre. IIC junction is normal. Caecum is distended with fluid and appears normal in calibre. Large gut loops are opacified with contrast and is normal in calibre. -No free fluid is seen in the peritoneal cavity. -Few subcentimeter lymphnodes are seen in right iliac mesentery, measuring 7-8mm in short axis diameter.
