What are they?

Organisational Psychology is the science at people at work. They analyse people and their organisation so they can devise a strategy to recruit, motive, develop change and inspire.

Who do they work with?

Organisational Psychologists work with many different people, some of them being businesses. They help them out to develop a better environment for the workers and for the customers.

What University can I go to?

One of the universities which allow you to study organisational psychology is Deakin University, located in Melbourne.
