Time Management and Goal Setting

Daily Activities

Support I think that in order to stop watching TV my mo is going to be the one to help me accomplish my goal. She will probably turn of the TV when my 20 minutes of TV are over. I will tell my mo if she can turn off the TV when she feels I watched too much. I choose my mo because if she turned it off I would be mad because its my mom and because I respect her. My Plan My plan will be to have my mom set a 20 min timer and turn off the TV when the time has finished. This will be effective because this way I know I dont pass. the limit of my TV time. After doing this I will go read a book or go study for at least 10 more minutes. My plan will commence 5-20-13. Set Backs One of my setbacks is that a premier of an episode of my

show might be coming up when my mom says its time to turn off the T.V. This might get in the way of my plan but I will try my hardest to keep my plan going. I will make my mom in force the command to turn off the T.V. Words of Encouragement I can say the most common one of the motivating sentences. For example you can do it. Or dont give up. I will have my mom motivate me to accomplish this goal. I will remind my self that this is for my good and wont help anybody else but me.
