Economic Issues Global Crisis and new regulator system institution The global financial Crisis started in the

middlest of 2007 an d up to 2008. World economics had been over crisis, the result showed that markets stock was fallen and thatimpact of competition by developed countries. Anyway, financial institution couldnt break this problem. It will appear bailed out money to be solution of more problems by developed countries for developing countries like Indonesia. In other hand many people are concidered that responsibility in financial system which had been planned by bailed out. While another hand, affective is side in interconnected world which can avoid this problem. But more details are still considered in two countries. In 2011 and up till 2012 is really condition had been inverse than more last year. Developed countries in technology like Europe and America in financial institution had collapsed or been bought out, even that Indonesia is one of the most asian countries to invest. The central Bank of Indonesia had made a regulation that whole of asset which in had been made with government for depositor. Darmin Nasution is as government of Indonesian Central Bank assumed that this regulation was made for all investor who had maximum share in 30%. So that, if domestic Investors had 80% shared in a bank, for example is Bank A so domestic investors had to denied 50 %, because 50 % is for foreign investor. In Bank B, a domestic Investor had 40 % shared, so 10 % had been lost. 10 % is for foreign investor. This regulation had goal to find a profit for Indonesia to make a big decision in investation, although still be short run, in other hand,that ones had thought that it had long run for more years.
