    1130- 1200: Case 1: Constituting the Congress 1200-1230 1200-1430 Appointment of Chairs, Call for Delegates, Approval of Summons and Agenda

    1430-1500: Case 2: WRH Executive Board Report for 2009-2013 Presentation of the Executive Boards Report

    1500-1600: Case 3: Draft Aoluguya Declaration, on the occasion of the 5thWRHC 1600-1630 1630-1700 Presentation of Draft Declaration and plan for further work on it
