WHEREAS,the City Councilof the City of PelicanBay authorizedand acceptedan

engineering agreementwith WastelineEngineering,Inc., datedJuly 26, 1993,for
servicesrelatingto the 1992TexasCommunityDevelopment Programsanitarysewer
collectionsystemproject;and

WHEREAS,the CityCouncilbelievesthat the best interestsof the City of PelicanBay

wouldbe servedby rescinding
the authorizationand acceptance of said engineering
datedJuly26, 1993;and
agreement,
WHEREAS, WastelineEngineering,Inc.,agreesto the rescinding
of said agreement
througha letterdatedAugust9, 1993,and attachedto and madepartof this resolution;
now therefore

BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE CITYCOUNCILOF THE CIry OF PELICANBAY THAT

THEACTIONOFTHISCOUNCIL OFJULY26, 1993,AUTHORIZING
AN AGREEMENT
BETWEENWASTELINEENGINEERING, INC., FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
RELATEDTO THE 1992 TEXAS COMMUNIW DEVELOPMENTPROGRAM
(SANITARYSEWERSYSTEMIMPROVEMENTS) IS HEREBYRESCINDED AND THE
CONTRACT BENruEEN IS RENDERED
THEPARTIES NULLANDVOID.
