    22.077of the TexasLocal GovemmentCode:NOW. THEREFORE.

    BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PELICAII BAY.


    TEXAS:

    declaretheir lack of confidencein JeniferM. Baker as Police Chief for the
