State Conference notes the State Secretarys high acknowledgement and his deep appreciation to the many Delegates who represent our members each and every day within the workplace and industry. Delegates have always been the life blood of our great Union. They are our unsung heros State Conference would also like to acknowledge and pay special tribute to those committed Delegates who have been nominated by the Organisers for outstanding work within their workplace. State Conference congratulates the Branch for implementing a program of formal recognition to outstanding Delegates. These Delegates work tirelessly for the movement and for little personal reward. Our Delegates are the best in the country. Our Union invests in them and their development and they invest in the progression of decent and fair workplaces. State Conference endorses the recommended Delegates as nominated by their State Organisers. Conference would like to formally recognise these outstanding Delegates.

Recommendation State Conference calls on the State Secretary to undertake the following 1. Provide a letter of thanks and appreciation which is supported by a Delegate Medallion to the following nominees.
