Learning about markets: Using market intelligence systems and knowledge management:

The Project will involve focusing on the Critical Aspects related to the chosen topic. The issues to focus on will be: a) How should companies ensure that they are able to make use of the topic in order to gain competitive advantage? Use illustrations to explain b) What are the critical aspects that the company needs to manage while focusing on the chosen topic (e.g. strategic market segmentation/market driven organization etc.)? c) 3 Case Studies based on the contemporary practices of leading companies (these should be presented in detail) Time allocated: 30 minutes per group Marks: 30 marks for project and 20 marks for case studies.
