    When Children are communicating with strangers, whom they believe to be the same age as themselves, very often find that the other person may suddenly change their behavior by expressing lewd and inappropriate language.

    Be careful who you trust online and remember that online friends are really strangers. Meeting someone you have only been in touch with online can be dangerous. Stay in charge in chat. Check your profile and make sure it doesnt include any personal information. Get away from an unpleasant situation in a chat room by logging out . Think before you answer private messages. Use a nickname. Look out for your friends. Tell your parent if someone or something makes you feel uncomfortable or worried.
