ORDER
This matter is before the Court on the Motion of the Electronic Frontier Foundation for
Consent to Disclosure of Court Records or, in the Alternative, a Determination of the Effect of
the Comt's Rules on Statutory Access Rights, which was submitted on May 23, 2013. Any
response by the Department of Justice to the motion must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on
June 7, 2013.
In addition, counsel for the Electronic Frontier Foundation are directed to provide the
additional information required under FISC Rule 7(h)(l) (bar membership information) and Rule
7(i) (security clearance information). See also FISC Rule 63 ("Practice Before the Court"). Such
information must be submitted, in writing, no later than 5:00p.m. on June 7, 2013.
