I am writing in regards to the HRIS & Benefits Assistant position within your organization. I am interested in this
position as my excellent analytical, communication skills and education in Business Administration will make me
a good match for this position.

During my employment at the Employment Standards Branch, Surrey BC, I have gained experience in office
administration. From that experience, I have learned to interpret and apply legislation and have improved on my
critical thinking and presentation skills. I strongly believe that I can apply this experience to this position. I have
also obtained experience in report writing and public service.

From my education at the Simon Fraser University, I have gained expertise in analytical and computer application
skills, which are key requirements for this position. I have developed good communication, and interpersonal
skills. As part of my Business degree, I have taken various Human Resource Management courses; therefore can
apply that knowledge to this position. Further from my previous employment, I have learned to communicate in
an effective way. I am able to work efficiently under stressful environment and can handle confidential
information according to set rules and procedures.

With my qualifications and strengths, I am confident that I am a suitable candidate for this position. I thank you
