Review important concept in control system and Matlab control system toolbox
1. Develop a lumped model for a LCR-series circuit, with L=10mH, C=10mF and R = 1 mOhm. Assume the output is equal to the voltage across the capacitor. (5)

2. Create the tf model of the system in Matlab. Plot the step response and the root locus of the system in Matlab. (5) 3. Consider the system below. This is a typical closed loop control scenario. Assume G(s) from problem 1 and H(s)=K(1+0.1s). (10) (a) Calculate the closed loop transfer function from r to y. This is how the input aects your system input. (b) Calculate the transfer function from n to y. This tells us how the noise aects the system output. (c) Create the bode plot r to y and n to y. (d) Comment on what choice of H(s) would improve the system performance as far as rejecting n.
