    BIOMASSER 2DUO-SET

    BIOMASSER briquetting presses are designed to be used at country and rural areas where people are not much skilled in specialized maintenance. Therefore our machines are simple in operation, are not complicated and not equipped with control desks, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic devices.
    BIOMASSER technology consists in sticking together straw particles by natural glue contained in straw - lignin. No additives, glues are added. We achieve 100% ecological fuel for heating. BIOMASSER 2DUO-SET is dedicated for single users, small homesteads that produce fuel for own needs and for sale. BIOMASSER 2DUO-SET is a line for briquetting straw composed of: one shredder type RK for small cubes and loose straw two briquetting presses BIOMASSER DUO type BS210 elastic pipe 1.5m to connect output of the shredder with chopped straw container one shuttle for changing the direction of shredder blowing. EASY OPERATING Put straw into shredder. Crumbled material goes directly into the briquetting press container. Mixer sweeps the material into screw chamber where straw is heated and pressed. The constant briquette is formed and taken out. Briquettes can be collected in bags placed at the end of rod guide that leads the briquette out.

    STRAW BRIQUETTES
    Briquettes are round, 7cm diameter with characteristic hole inside. The hole is responsible for taking out the gases generated during production process. Moreover it all allows for proper combustion of the briquette as air (oxygen) reaches also briquettes inside. Parameters of briquettes: 100% of natural biomass; no additives caloric value: 15.5 - 17.5 MJ/kg bulk density: 450 kg/m3 moisture content: 10 - 15 % ash: 2 - 4 %
